For years, I have always practiced yoga in the morning, specifically the sunrise salutation. I can not go a day without it. It brings peace to my mind and flexibility and energy to my body. It sets my intention for the day.
Earlier last year, I introduced motivational videos into my routine. It was life changing. It furthered my intention for the day. For months, I was able to make life changing habits. I was able to wake up earlier and work more efficiently.
This year I added in meditation. Which once again was life changing. It changed my intention even further, it took me into having an even more positive mindset, to not let the external world effect me. I spend at minimum 15 minutes on mindfulness every morning.

Mindfulness is essential for success. Any type of success you talk about, it increases. Mindfulness is the essence of starting and maintaining your day on a positive track. Try even 5 minutes of meditation and you will begin to experience the difference. It is life changing.
