Recently, I began lacking discipline and it has really thrown me off. Sure, you need to have balance in your life, but I just completely started falling into having more fun rather than finding a balance during my free time. Till I finally realized, it my balanced free time that makes it possible for me to keep my plate so full yet still stay sane.
Discipline is individual, however, parts of disciple are universal. We have to be disciplined with nearly everything in life, yet still be able to go with the flow. Be disciplined about your sleep, about the food you eat, who you keep yourself around, who make yourself available to, what your limits are, there can be discipline in everything.
When discipline is maintained, you can reach any goal you set because your mindset becomes extremely focused. However, discipline is interesting. When we have constant discipline and no change in the rhythm, we potentially begin to loose our discipline simply from the monotony. Breaking away from discipline for a short amount of time can sometimes bring back our motivation to a whole other level.
You should create a list of the items you want to remain disciplined about and review the list daily to not waiver from this list. Discipline will bring such positivity into your life and help you gain so much trust with yourself.
